2. PRODUCT USAGE
Liquid Roots is a fermented tea beverage (Kombucha) containing live culture. Always refrigerate, consume fresh, and follow storage instructions.
3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in INR and include GST unless stated otherwise. Orders will be processed once full payment is received via our secure payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking).
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently deliver to select pin codes across in Bengaluru. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse in MG Road Bengaluru. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the perishable nature of kombucha, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, email bupindarsnayar@capsule.works with your order ID and images within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, images, and branding belong to Bootstrapped Cafe Pvt Ltd. Any use or reproduction without consent is prohibited.
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By tagging us (@LiquiRootsIndia or #LiquidRoots) or submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to repost and use it for marketing purposes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any adverse effects caused by misuse of the product. Please consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or immunocompromised before consuming kombucha.
